Job Description : TITLE: Social Media Coordinator COMPENSATION: $20 – $25/hourJOB DESCRIPTION: Smart, professional, helpful, organized Social Media Assistant with a minimum of 1-year experience needed for a fast-paced, high-end Beverly Hills plastic surgery office.Primary responsibilities include social media content creation, photo and video editing, asset management and administration, and updating content on websites/social media channels.The ideal candidate has a background in social media marketing, video and graphic content creation, finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and GoogleCreate and curate compelling multi-media social contentInteract with our practice staff and doctors, capturing footage in our offices and in surgeryDesign and create visual assets for social media; edit images, graphics, and videosOptimize user engagement, grow follower base, and attract new leadsAnalyze data and generate reports for Marketing Director and senior managementKeep abreast of new social media trends/developmentsSupport to the marketing department with additional tasks including email campaigns, collateral, press tracking, copywriting, etc.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s DegreeProven writing skillsInterest in beauty, plastic surgery, and aesthetic treatmentsSelf-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skillsDeadline-oriented time management skillsAt least 1-year of professional social media experience.Video and photo editing (Adobe Creative Suite required)Excellent attention to detailExceptional personal organizational and communication skillsTeam player who enjoys collaborating, is dedicated to learning, and committed to producing high-quality resultsBENEFITS: Employer-sponsored health insurance coverage for employee only (after 60 days’ employment), choice of PPO, HSA, HMO.
