Job Description : FRONT DESK ADMIN AT CHIROPRACTIC OFFICEWe are a Chiropractic office located in the heart of Silicon Valley. We’re a diverse group of fun, team oriented coworkers. We have a large impact on the community by working with about 50 patients per day, who enjoy pain relief and health improvements.Our mission is to provide high quality chiropractic care in a happy office environment that’s full of happy patients.Hours needed:MONDAY, WEDNESDAYS 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMTUESDAY 9:00 AM – 1:00 PMTHURSDAY 9:00 AM – 7:00 PMFRIDAY 9:00 AM – 1:00 PMDuties will include but are not limited to:Following detailed scripts for the following- Patient Scheduling- Answering and Returning of Phone Calls- Payment Collections- Directing Patient Flow- Data Entry- Checking Patients Insurance- Understand how to read an insurance verificationTHE IDEAL PERSON MUST BE:- Must have at least 1, 2 years of Admin experience- Hardworking and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile- Dependable, and self motivated- Very organized individual- Multi-tasker- Spanish speaking is a perk, but not required.BENEFITS:-Health insurance-We provide you chiropractic care and a 1-hour massage session every month.-Sick days off.*** We will provide all training!***How to apply?Send resume and cover letterJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
