Job Description : Unixsurplus Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Electronic Assembly and Test Technician . Candidate must be looking for a full time position, a long term commitment, and possess a willingness to learn about our company and our products. UNIXSurplus, Inc. is a discount reseller of new and refurbished servers.Were you the barista or waitress that could take 3x orders by memory? COVID got you scared. Do you want a steady job with hours that let you drop off or pick up your kids after school? We want you to join our expanding team by the airport in Merced, CA!We often have overtime available at 1.5x.Some Training sessions travel 2 hours to Santa Clara, CA will be required.Unixsurplus requires full COVID-19 vaccination for all employeesbefore start of work.This is a carry up position. We promote internally to inventory management, shipping management, and computer technician positions. Promotions available after 6 months.Responsibilities: Load and unloading trucksReceiving productPulling, packing, and shipping productHardware tear downHardware testingMaintain orderly warehouse and yard.Key Traits, Skills, and Requirements: Reliable work attendance with referencesMust take pride in your work being Accurate and accountable.Ability to lift over 30 lbsAccuracy and attention to detailComputer Literate: Experience MS Office products or equivalent.High School DiplomaValid Driver’s LicenseMust have the ability to legally work in the USWork Hours: 40hrs / weekMonday – FridayOccasional Overtime and Saturdays8:30AM-5PMWe offer: Full Time Hourly WageHealth Insurance after trial periodPaid Holidays after trial periodAccrued Paid Vacation after trial periodOn the job trainingUnixsurplus is an equal opportunity employer.
