Job Description : Construction Warehouse and Shop Attendant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to work Monday – Friday beginning at 6:00 AM
Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly manner
Maintain inventory of company tools, keeping them organized, clean, and in good operation
Perform general maintenance on tools
Perform general maintenance on a fleet of vehicles: fuel, change oil, add fluids, clean and detail, keep track of usage and report damages
Coordinate with managers for requested materials and perform pick-up and delivery three times per week
Pack and load products on the trucks, properly securing cargo as needed
Maintain ongoing communication with managers
Complete logs, reports, and organize and submit receipts
Perform general labor duties onsite and in the shop as needed
Clean and maintain company compound including warehouse and office areas
Requirements:
Must be capable of working quickly and independently
Must be able to manage time efficiently.
Must maintain a professional and clean appearance
Must work with a positive, teamwork mentality
Must be 21 or over
Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift 90 lbs and secure load
Ability to operate and repair tools and general vehicle maintenance and diagnostic
High attention to detail
Dependable and focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time schedule
$18-$25/hour, depending on experience
