Workplace Experience Executive

What this job involves:
Ensure personal grooming and dress in the assigned uniform (where applicable)
To demonstrate professional and polite communication to all employees
Collect feedback on a daily basis and provide analysis
Work backwards based on feedback analysis
Daily rounds to identify proactive complaints, break-fixing throughout the workplace.
Provide seamless and welcoming experience for visitors including co-ordination with employees
Co-ordinate and organize Senior Leadership visits
Provide support for Events, workshops, conferences and trainings
Change champion
Organize and coordinate Funtivities for employees with the help of Recreation
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the Lobby
Ensure receipt of magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display of the latest version in the reception as well as removal of the outdated magazines.
Provide assistance to the Help Desk as required
Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of Reception
Maintain the First Aid box and emergency equipment
Conduct audits of medical room and ambulance
Prepare daily, and monthly reports as required by GREF
Manage inventory of visitor badges
Coordinate with Security for reception management after hours
Emergency call support and site attendance is required
Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management.
Provide support to facility management as and when required

Operational Risk Management

Update and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required
After office hours Facilities assistance response
Operational Audits and Compliance.
Escalation of Incidents/Problems

Performance objectives

Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts
Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Facility Manager.
Overall client satisfaction by achieving SLA targets.
Timely resolution of helpdesk complaints.
Effective team coordination for efficient service delivery

Education and experience

Any Degree, Experience in hospitality or aviation industy
