Job Description : Are you ready to make a difference in the community? Our Resident Service Specialists (RSS) are the “go-to” problem solvers for our residents and their needs. In this role, you will have a blend of working in a team setting, but also empowered to work autonomously, to achieve community and organizational goals. Don’t have experience working in property management or as a Resident Service Specialist – that’s okay! No experience is required, we will provide training on all aspects on the job, as well as opportunities to grow your skills. To be successful in this role, you genuinely enjoy helping others. A valid Driver’s License is required.
