Position : P/T Writers For Customer Service Audits
Job Description : We are a locally owned and 15 years in operation company based in Honolulu, Hawaii seeking strong, observant and objective writers to conduct in-person customer service audits at retail venues, food and beverage venues, and general inquiries on Oahu, Maui, Big Island, and Kauai. The written audits may be completed at home upon completion of the in-person visit. We are seeking those who may have the following:- Sharp eye for details- Strong writing skills- Ability to relay your observations in an objective and professional manner- Responsible, timely, honest work ethic- Access to a mobile phone, computer and internet- Access to a vehicle or public transportationTo apply, please complete the on-line application at www.insight20.comTwo original writing samples are requested on the application. It is suggested to set aside at least 30 minutes or more to complete the application. We request each writing sample to be at least 300 words each. Please avoid providing a link to original writing materials (i.e. Yelp, Trip Advisor, personal blog).You do not need to provide your Social Security number on the application. In the SSN box on the online form, you may input random numbers. However, upon retaining your services, we do request a W-9 with valid tax ID number and a copy of a photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport).This is a part time position only.
