Job Description : Aloha! We are now accepting applications for a part-time boat crew member to join our amazing team!We are a multi-tour company looking for an outgoing, respectful, safety-conscious, and fun-loving crew with excellent customer service skills to grow with us and become part of our Family (Ohana). Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.Crew members must be able to lift 50 pounds and must be insusceptible to motion sickness.We are very passionate about providing high-quality snorkeling and entertainment tours with an abundance of Aloha for our guests.Our tour will take place in Kewalo Basin Harbor.Boat crew duties include (but are not limited to): Welcoming guests aboardEngaging with customers in an Aloha mannerAssisting guests with food and beveragesEnsuring food and beverages are ready before the tourDropping in our underwater hydrophone microphoneSharing information about local sea life, along with interesting information about humpback whales (Brief info’s and scripts provided)Ensuring passengers safetyOcean safety (water rescue)Assisting the captain with maintenance and cleaning duties on the boatEntertain guests with Hula dances (Experience is a plus!)Proficient dock line skill (Experience with dock lines is a plus)Flexibility of schedules. And might help with Oceans and You tour (Evening Booze Cruise)Other duties as they ariseRequirements: CPR / First Aid training/lifeguard (Preferred but not required)Driver’s License (Preferred but not required)Experience Swimmers, Surfer, Diver (Preferred but not required)Flexible SchedulePhysically able to move around in a fast-paced environmentFull-time benefits: Employee discount after probationary periodMedical, Vision, Drug, and Dental insurance (Qualifying Requirements: Work at least 20 hours per week for four consecutive weeks)Being in one of the most beautiful places in the world and getting paid!Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:Day shiftShift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
