Senior Analyst – Marcomm – Reporting and Automation – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Do you have an eye for detail? Do you enjoy reporting & analytics? Come join our team supporting the Reporting & Automation team. Review areas of improvement / complex processes across teams which can be automated. Analyze the data and provide meaningful insights.
Join the team that is aligned to C&I and will work as part of an extended UK team for the industry in order to establish strong working relations. It is expected that the role will sit within teams of up to a maximum of 10 individuals and will report to the Assistant Manager. The Senior Analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the team.
Work you’ll do
As a part of Marcomm – Reporting and Automation team, you will be responsible for:
Deliver on Management Information and Analysis requirement covering monthly executive reporting, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, reporting and data analysis.
Must have strong communication skills (oral and written) to clarify data requests, escalate data issues, and writing analysis.
Review the existing processes on a regular basis to understand the scope of improvement areas and identify new opportunities.
Identify and automate existing dashboards to help the team to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and manual intervention.
Liaison with the NSE counterparts and internal clients to scope process requirements.
Develop and manage project delivery processes, including production and quality assurance.
Deliver excellent service in line with process requirements and ensure service level agreements are met.
Provide an employee focused experience through the timely and accurate completion of requests, queries and activities.
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the C&I as required.
Liaison with other Clients & Industries teams as appropriate.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The Team
The C&I team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services
Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
3-4 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office suite
Hands on experience in MS Excel, VBA coding, Tableau, Power BI, MS Access for reporting and visualization of data analysis.
Should have knowledge in statistics, data modelling and should be able suggest the ideas to the clients
Strong communication skills (oral and written) to clarify data requests, escalate data issues, and writing analysis.
