Job Description : Seeking Labor/Custodian for a Luxury Condo in Hawaii ($14 – $15. DOE)This a FULL TIME Position.Seeking an individual with positive attitude, self-motivated, detail orientated, takes initiative, goes above & beyond and will committed to quality work.Position Title: Labor/CustodianQualifications: Must be energetic and enthusiastic with good organization and customer service skills.-Show up on time and ready to work.-Effectively communicate both orally and written.-Follow simple directions and procedures.-Work independently without continuous supervision-Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays and some Holidays.-Pass criminal/employment background check.-Good attitude and able to work with others-Pool Spa cleaning and/or maintenance experience is a plus, (not required) but willing to learn- Will hire good attitude before experience.NOTE: PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR COMMUTE TO HAWAII KAI (NEAR KAISER HIGH SCHOOL) PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THIS POSITIONIf interested, please submit your resume for consideration!
