Job Description : We are looking for a Inventory and Office Associate to support our company’s warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products, you will perform various warehouse activities, and office clerical duties.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess, package, and ship orders accuratelyOrganize stocks and maintain inventoryInspect products for defects and damagesExamine ingoing and outgoing shipmentsOrganize warehouse spaceReceive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriatelyCheck, verify and fill customer invoicesAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulationsContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing proceduresKeep warehouse clean and organized dailyManage phone calls and correspondence (including email, memos, and letters)Organize contact lists and filing systemsHelp clients and company representatives contact each otherMonitor office supplies and research new deals and suppliersREQUIREMENTSWarehouse experienceAbility to operate hand truck.Team player with organizational skillsAbility to lift and move productsSignificant experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as with office equipment, such as printersGood practical experience with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.Written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detailOrganizational skills with the ability to multi-taskHigh school diplomaJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
