Job Description : We are looking for friendly and professional Food Service workers to join our restaurant staff. This position involves Cashier responsibilities, Customer Service, as you’ll be working directly with customers, and Food Prep, as you’ll be assisting with various kitchen tasks. Applicants must be able to multi-task, follow instructions, and be able to work well in a team.Responsibilities:- Politely greet and welcome customers and help determine their order- Input customer orders in the POS system and process payments- Monitor orders to ensure prompt delivery- Help plate food or package food in appropriate boxes/bags- Assist in preparing select menu items- Prepare kitchen workstation with ingredients and equipment- Manage food levels and restock food items and supplies as necessary- Take daily inventory of food items and supplies at the end of shift- Keep the counter, kitchen and dining area neat and clean- Assist with removing trash, keeping cutlery and dishes clean and other tasks that help the kitchen operate more efficientlySkills: – Food service experience welcomed but not necessary- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage- Ability to work well in a team- Very good communication and interpersonal skillsAroma Italia is a new authentic Italian cuisine quick service restaurant located near Diamond Head.
