Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Purpose

The purpose of Admissions & Outreach Manager is to support the admissions process, working directly with families and referring professionals and to support the outreach process by marketing to selected target markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports and implements all admissions and outreach goals and strategy, working closely with all other departments
Supporting and implementing admissions and outreach systems and process
Communicate directly with Families/Students, Educational Consultants/Referral Sources, Psychiatrists/Psychologists, Schools/Programs, and Transport Companies
Develop and implement marketing strategies to selected target markets such as: Higher Education Consultants, College Counselors, Academic Institutions, International markets, Internet
Clear, thorough, and timely communication and documentation
Review student application and effectively present to intake team utilizing well defined practices
Attend conventions, meetings, and conferences as necessary to maintain knowledge of existing and new admissions policies, practices, and procedures
Review and maintain admissions and outreach statistics and report to management
Manage Internet leads and email marketing campaigns in Mail Chimp
Maintain social media accounts
Oversee Alumni Relations
Assist with staff recruiting and outreach

Competencies:
High level communication skill set
Microsoft applications, including Excel
Google applications
Electronic medical records system experience
Skills/Qualifications:
Requires ability to be a team player, to form mutually respectful relationship with staff and to grow professionally in meeting the challenges of this position
3-5 years in admissions or outreach/development work
BA/BS preferred
Mainland location preferred in order to manage different client time zones
Ability to work independently
Ability to pass thorough background checks and drug screens
Prehire physical and 2-step TB clearance required
COVID-19 vaccination required

Work Hours:
Flexible schedule as needed
Monday to Friday / some weekends as needed

Physical Demands:

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, frequent sitting, standing and walking, may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include, frequent lifting and or moving up to 25 pounds.
