Job Description : RESIDENT MANAGER (FULL-TIME)Experienced, hands-on manager for 152-unit property.Must have previous experience as a Resident Manager.Requires a working knowledge of major building systems.Project management experience for small and large construction and repair/maintenance projects a plus.Experience executing small repair projects in-house and with the assistance of contracted staff and in-house staff as required.Must be able to work well with unit owners and tenants, have excellent communication skills, quick follow-up, time management, and trouble-shooting ability.Needs to be computer literate and standard Microsoft applications are a must.ARM or other designations are preferred.Competitive salary, benefits, and an apartment with utilities and parking included.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: One location
