Job Description : We are looking for a customer-oriented service contract billing representative. A customer service billing representative will bill new and existing customer contracts with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSCR are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.ResponsibilitiesManage and bill all contracts large and smallAble to communicate when necessary with any customerAble to learn our billing software ( similar to quick books)Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkillsProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices very helpfulCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeBenefit Conditions:Waiting period may applyOnly full-time employees eligibleJob Duties:Bill all new and existing contracts daily.Record new and update all customer information within our customer service databaseEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policiesCommunication method(s) used:EmailPhoneChatThis Job Is:A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with experience and educationA job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to applyOpen to applicants who do not have a college diplomaJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
