What You’ll Be Doing
Create cases to resolve our customers’ concerns related to their vehiclesProvide highest level of customer support through omni-channel solutions (contact may include, voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS)Ensure frequent follow-ups with customers and dealershipsUse excellent resources to find processes and information to help with resolving concernsAccurately disposition and document cases
Collaborate via chat rooms to collaborate and discover best practices in resolving concernsUse critcal thinking and feel a sense of accomplishment after you have resolved a case
What You Bring to the Role

High school diploma (or equivalent) required; College degree is a plus2 years’ call center and work-from-home experience, preferred, escalations or retention experienceExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredProficient with use of technology, systems, and softwareAbility to utilize a PC to communicate with othersPeople-oriented and great at building relationshipsBroad knowledge of the automotive business preferredWork independently using both logic and intuition to reach appropriate conclusionsDisplay a strong customer focus, awareness, and sensitivity with the ability to gain trust and respect of colleagues and customersMake appropriate decisions and exhibit sound judgmentListen to others and respect differences of opinionAnalyze data, track trends, and retrieve relevant information to complete a task
