Works closely with the Executive Leadership team and provides administrative support to the Customer Operations Division; performs a variety of administrative, technical and routine (junior-level) duties in order to ensure effective and efficient division operations; provides assistance to division management, staff, agency personnel and the general public. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and processes. This position works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.This position: Responsible for completing Personnel Action Forms; Justification Memorandums, Job Descriptions, Candidate Verifications, Open Records Requests, budget entries, and purchase requisitions.Coordinates the submissions of employee performance evaluations in accordance with agency policy.Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares materials in response to requests for information.May work with managers to establish priorities, modify priorities, and ensure timely progression for all projects.Supports daily activities, including developing and maintaining filing and tracking systems, scheduling meetings and conference calls, sending division and other communications, arranging travel and preparing reimbursement documents, processing office supply or other purchase orders, etc.Assists with special projects and performs other duties in support of the Customer Operations Division, as assigned.This position requires: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.Three years of experience similar to the duties of this position.Note: Education and experience relevant to position requirements may be substituted for one another on a year-for-year basis.Additional job details: This position may be eligible for hybrid telecommuting.
