Job Description : Our Team of drivers is an integral and very important part of our operation. The success of Seafood Wholesalers, Ltd. depends in large part on effective distribution, and the key to this distribution is proper and timely execution. The Driver is the day-to-day face of Seafood Wholesalers for our customers; the job the driver does, is seen as a main part of our service. The following set of rules and procedures will help to guide, encourage and reward the Driver who works hard and performs in the best interest of the company and customer.Job Requirements: After the initial training period each driver will be assigned a truck, a two-wheeler. Driver should always driver the assigned truck, unless the manager tells him otherwise. Driver is responsible for the truck; it’s up keep, sanitation and routine daily maintenance. All drivers are expected have a working Cell phone, and each driver must call in after each stop. If dispatch calls the driver and driver is unable to answer, driver must call in as soon as he gets to a safe place.All drivers are expected to work the hours required daily to finish all deliveriesJob Type: Full-timePay: $150.00 – $180.00 per dayBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Houston, TX 77057: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Overnight Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
