Position : Equipment Operator/Laborer
Job Description : Applicant needs to be able to operate track steer, dual joystick control basics. Job requires ability to lift and work with tools. This is not an operator position where you will only have to sit in a piece of equipment all day. You will be required to build framing, fencing, drainage, bases, and some minor mechanical ability among other things. Knowledge of mini-excavator, double drum roller, and other equipment is a bonus, but not required. We are based in the Mid-Atlantic Region in North America.We build projects all over the world, but you will be primarily working in the USA and occasionally Canada. There is a lot of travel with this position. We highly recommend a valid passport and TSA Pre-Check, but not mandatory. It is not uncommon for you to be away from home for 10-20 days at a time – and, time on the job can go as long as 6 weeks (rare, but it does happen). We pay all flights, lodging, meals, and vehicles while travelling.100% paid healthcare with BC&BS. (you will need to pay dental if you like – @$200/year for most people – deductibles apply to all healthcare plans available). 401K available through ADP/Voya. Mandatory paid company-wide holiday December 24th – January 2nd every year. This is a salaried position – you can expect the same pay every 1st and 15th of the month regardless if you were onsite working 15 days straight, or at home with down time for two weeks. Finish a job early, and it is not uncommon to be home for 4-5 days straight…with pay. However, because of the travel schedules, it is imperative that your personal life, (partner, children, family, etc.) is very stable and can accept this type of travel.We are a hardworking group who puts quality of our product above everything. You will never have someone pushing you to finish a job on schedule vs. finishing a job to 100% satisfaction of the customer. Small company so no need to deal with hours, corporate paperwork, etc. In business over a quarter century and expanding at a rapid pace.
