Job Description : DETAILS: Sr. HR Manager/Business PartnerTitle: Sr. HR Manager/Business PartnerLocation: Fort Worth, TXCompensation: $Competitive Base + Bonus and Benefits on day 1Overview: Sr. HR Manager/Business PartnerThis Human Resources Manager/Business Partner will need prior experience working in the manufacturing or production industry. They will work to support and facilitate the human resource process, while coordinating activities including, but not limited to recruitment, new hire orientation, learning and development, and reporting. This position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Additionally, this person will interface with team members across all levels of the organization.Responsibilities: Sr. HR Manager/Business PartnerPreparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminatingEnsuring new hire paperwork is completed and processedFollowing up to ensure that all personnel action forms are properly and timely approvedConduct New Hire Orientation for salary and hourly associatesAssist in the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviewsMaintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the databaseProvide assistance with reports: attendance, termination, new hires and requests fromAssist with data request from NA and Korea headquartersFollow up with new hire to ensure completion of enrollment in benefitsPartner with supervisors to assist with staffing in production including 3rd party temp agencyAssociate engagementMiscellaneous duties as appliedMinimum Requirements: Sr. HR Manager/Business PartnerBachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalentPHR/SPHR preferred, but not necessary5+ years of experience with business administration preferably in HRMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong MS Office ability (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Thorndale Partners, LLCYour trusted talent acquisition partner working to provide a premium experience to both job seekers and hiring managers.
