Position : Associate Dean of Students
Job Description : Provides management and/or coordination of various Dean of Students Office functions including Student Outreach and Support Services; Case Management; Student Advocacy and Support; Commuter Student Services; Parents and Family and Programs; Siblings Day, Campus community outreach and Conduct Assessment and Response Team (CART).
1. Supervises the implementation of Student Outreach and Support Services; Student Advocacy; Commuter Student Services; Parents and Family and Programs and Siblings Day.
2. Selects, trains and supervises Assistant Dean of Students, Dean of Students Case Manager, the Dean of Students Office full-time and part-time support staff.
3. Assists with the budgets of the above-mentioned programs.
4. Coordinates Dean of Students Office assessment and other reports.
5. Advises the Dean of Students Leadership Council.
6. Coordinates Dean of Students Office assessment and other reports.
7. Manages Coog Moms and campus programs for minors.
8. Represents the Dean of Students Office in Cougar Preview and University Orientation.
9. Represents the Dean of Students Office in College Academic Honesty Hearings.
10. Assists with Student Administrative Withdrawal process.
11. Authorizes release of student records as well as student life registration stops and clearances.
12. Performs other job-related duties.

Qualifications
Master’s and 5 years experience
Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master’s degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work performed.Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related professional experience.
Salary: 5,792.00 – 7,675.00
