Position : Regional Dental – New Markets Manager
Job Description : Wisdom Teeth Guys is hiring a Regional New Markets Manager!
Wisdom Teeth Guys is a rapidly growing Dental Support Organization focused on wisdom teeth removal currently in 4 markets with plans for rapid growth.
We have an innovative business model that provides exceptional patient care by focusing on wisdom teeth removal. Wisdom Teeth Guys has over 1200 Five Star Reviews in our established markets. We provide an exceptional patient and doctor experience.
Wisdom Teeth Guys is opening 1-2 new markets per year starting in 2021. The Regional New Markets Manager is responsible for helping to manage that growth, train staff and handle many of the details of opening each new market.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the roll-out process of tasks required to open new markets including supply & equipment procurement, recruiting, training, software setup, logistical issues, etc.
Frequent travel to new markets both before, during and after launch. This will be multi-state travel and involve sometimes full weeks on the road. When not traveling you will work remotely from home.
Managing surgery managers in new markets during the initial stages of market development.
Working with surgery managers on recruiting and training their clinical staff.
Work strategically with the senior DSO management team.
Covering surgery managers as needed when they are on vacation.

5 years experience in dental management required and ideally some experience with specialty/oral surgery.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
