Job Description : Louis Vuitton is seeking a Full-Time Quality Assurance Advisor in the Dallas, TX area! The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Advisor is to listen and assess inbound calls and written correspondence handled by Client Advisors, provide feedback to the dedicated Team Manager, and function as a supporting resource for all Quality and Service initiatives within Client Services.Primary Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Verify call quality by measuring product knowledge, sales and serviceability, greeting, diction, listening, etiquette, objection handling, efficiency, policy and procedure adherence, and a courteous close of the call.Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on Quality standards, supporting team members as needed.Be an exceptional role model for service in every aspect of the role.Qualifications: 3-5 prior experience in quality assurance.Previous experience in client-centric environment is beneficial.Be motivated to continuously improve performance, can work well in a fast-paced team setting and possess excellent social skills.Louis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and thrive.
