Job Description : Role: Order ProcessorLocation: Houston_____________________________________________________________________________________Role FocusThe Order Processor will review blueprints, and place orders with our manufacturers.Key Targets and ResponsibilitiesWe are a premier building supply company seeking an Order Processor to join our team. Our primary products are cabinets and counter tops. This position reports to the Order Processing Supervisor and is responsible for providing timely and accurate ordering for our commercial clients. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who will provide exceptional customer service. We work in a high-volume environment that is as interesting as it is challenging. We are rapidly growing and are in search of driven individuals who desire an opportunity to apply their skills to help us attain our goals.Primary Duties Receive cabinet orders from builders and account managers.Retrieve cabinet orders from various builder portals.Manage the cabinet order process and ensure timely ordering.Prepare measure packets.Review return measure packets by ensuring all information is clear, complete, and accurate.Accurately enter data in our various tracking systems, including but not limited to Quick Books and Dynamics software packages.Become familiar with various manufacturers placing orders and SKU’s.Placing accurate cabinet orders from various manufacturers.Cross checking cabinet orders for accuracy.Responding to internal and external cabinet order inquiries.Scanning, uploading, and maintaining electronic customer files.Knowledge, Experience and Skills Attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communicationService orientationCritical thinkingActive listeningProactive Problem solvingTime managementAbility to understand blueprintsBackground in cabinetry productionKey CompetenciesIntegrityHonestyFocus on processesJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Houston, TX 77038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Cabinet, countertop or flooring: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
