Job Description : Education: College minimum 2 yr. assoicate degree.Job Requirements: Must be able to work 40 hrs a weekSelf Starter with strong customer service and communications skillsProfessional apperarences and mannersproficiency in Microsoft Office including, outlook, excel, word, and powerpointExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to create and maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary infromation and sensitive situations.Must pass background checkSome Marketing onsite and area including social mediaSpanish speaking is a plusJob Duties: Daily office function, scheduling, payroll support to Corp Office, policy implementation, employee relations, customer dispute resloution, over sight of securtiy services, cash management and balance reconciliation.
