Job Description : C.A.R. Transport, Inc. in Burleson, Texas is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources Manager in day-to-day administration of the Human Resources function. Key Responsibilities will be:· Processing bi-weekly driver payroll in a multi-state, multi-location environment.· Assist Human Resources Manager in handling occupational injuries/accidents as needed.· Process new hires into the Paylocity Onboarding system.· Support the administration of company benefits, including health benefits and 401(k).· Assist Human Resources Manager in fielding calls regarding benefits, payroll, and all other HR related functions.· Other Human Resources related functions as assigned.Required Experience· At least 2 years of office experience in a non-remote work environment.· Knowledge of trucking/transportation industry a plus, but not required.· Experience with Paylocity a plus, but not required.· Experience with TMW a plus, but not required.C.A.R. Transport, Inc. has been in business since 1983 and services the new car and used car markets through the central United States.
