PMO Adminstrator
Should have very good communication, Excel, macros skills with 1-2 years experience

Good communication and inter-personal skills
Prior experience in PMO for 1-2 years
Good skills in MS Excel, power point and MS office with Macros
Good Knowledge on Metrics collection and Analysis
Basic VBA, MS Access
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Your role as a PMO Administrator will be to assist and support our customer with maintenance of standards for programme/project management. This will include the sharing of best practice as well as the application of programme/project procedures, tools and techniques in order to standardise methodologies and realise economies. You’ll also provide support and assistance on the programme/project and acts as a source of programme/project information and metrics.
Specifically you will support the Improve and Transform Programme by supporting:
Technology Board ReportingProgramme / Project Board ReportingPMO Project Gate ProcessRisk ManagementFinancial ForecastingResourcing
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Ideally you’ll have some experience of working in a PMO role already and be looking for a new challenge. You’ll need to be organised and methodical in your work with good excel and Microsoft Office skills. You’ll need to have good written English skills and be confident on the phone as this role relies on clear and accurate exchange of information. Most of all though you’ll need to be someone who can fit into our existing team and work with proactive initiative to help deliver the PMO support the programme needs.
