Job Description : Summary Description of PositionAs Materials Division Manager of Southern Gulf Solutions, this position is responsible for building and servicing a customer base through sales and service to maximize profits on the production and sales of materials dispatched from our dirt pit. The sales component of the position is performed by contacting customers/potential customers at their locations or job sites on a regular basis, resolving customer issues relating to materials or trucking to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality products. This position also requires projects sales and evaluates trends to assist in establishing operating budgets.Essential FunctionsExpands customer sales to a broader base of customers. Maintains and develops solid relationships with prospective and existing clientsGenerate quotes for customers Communicates with PIt Manager and operations to ensure availability of productsFollow all company service policies standards, procedures, and orientation updates.Must have the capacity to demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude.Must be committed to providing excellent customer service at all times and supporting our clients, sales team, and colleagues when needed.Responsible for field dispatcherUpdate Master Order pricing as needed.
