Job Description : Job OfferNew Patient CoordinatorThe New Patient Coordinator is a key member in our Define Orthodontics team and exemplifies our culture and values so that new patients starting their care at Define Orthodontics feel welcomed and taken care of.Define Orthodontics is a family Orthodontic Practice in the Las Colinas area in North Irving and is known for its personable care and outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate for this position would be reliable, have a great personality with amazing social skills and a zest to grow the practice. Marketing and sales background is preferred and willingness to learn new skills including learning the basic treatment modalities in Orthodontics and great communication skills are a must.We need someone who has a passion for people! We would love someone who has a smiling BIG personality to help us with grassroots marketing, engage with local businesses and communicate with new patients and getting them started on their life-changing orthodontic journey..What we are looking for:- A passion for people- Outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic- Assertive, self motivated and results driven- Problem solving skills with the ability to work independently while being part of a great team- Previous experience in sales, customer service, and the knowledge of orthodontics is a PLUS but not required.What will you be doing:- You will be responsible for new patients – beginning with their first visit through the records appointment. This will include helping patients/parents acclimate to the practice, managing initial insurance information, managing all initial paperwork, taking records, etc. – through the time treatment begins. Additionally, you will manage the patient follow ups for Recall and Pending patients.- You will be involved in Marketing the practice through participation with local community events, other dental offices, maintaining the relationships with them and helping us get more referrals.- Come up with creative ideas to market the practice and increase case acceptance. Be passionate about Define Ortho and be willing to share your passion with everyone.- Help with internal marketing as well which include helping the marketing team come up with creative ideas for online marketing and our social media channels.- Monitor the practice facilities to ensure that all remains safe, secure and well-maintained.- Assist with answering phones, checking out patients, scheduling, etc..- Occasionally there may be some travel, by car or plane, required in order to participate in continuing education or seminars.- Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Irving, TX 75063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
