Job Description : A Gift Inside Conformance StatementsIn the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Job PurposeThe Administrative Production Associate is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the administrative duties that ensure the smooth functioning of the office and business, including product inventory communications. This position is also responsible for the daily task of preparing orders to be given to the production rooms.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages and occasionally helps to Print, Organize, and Rip daily orders for the production departments to pack ordersMaintain all forms of communication with outside vendors, coworkers, and managers in a timely and effective mannerVerifies record keeping is accurate and up to dateAssist Corporate Human Resources with timecard approvals, recruiting, and new hire orientationsAssists in the verification and communication of inventory counts and needsStand in as an approved backup receiver for any shipments that arrive when other approved staff is not available to receive productAssist in providing necessary security and safety in the working environmentAttends meetings of the purpose of supporting and directing other staff and/or gathering information required to perform functions.Establish and maintain department records and reports.
