Position : VACCINATION AND DATA SPECIALIST
Job Description : The purpose of this position is to assist the Health Department in coordination of immunization services as well as data entry and analysis specific to COVID-19 or other High Consequence Infectious Diseases (HCID). Additional duties include working with internal and external partners to coordinate vaccine clinics.

Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends, as required.

# Code Essential Functions
1 S Regular and reliable attendance in compliance with given schedules is a mandatory requirement of this position. Schedules may be subject to change with or without advance notice
2 S Works with Immunization Charge Nurse and other staff to coordinate vaccinate clinics, to include utilizing and managing the Luminare system.
3 S Works with Luminare vendor to ensure any issues are resolved quickly, updates are provided to staff quickly and customers are able to register for vaccine clinic appointments.
4 S Trains staff on Luminare system.
5 S Coordinates any hardware needs with staff for clinics; set up & take down of equipment; issuance of equipment
6 S In collaboration with the Epidemiologist and Assistant Director, receives case related information, enters data, reports issues, provides reports, coordinates with hospital for patient lists, and troubleshoots any issues that arise.
7 L This position will also be required to provide support to COVID-19 response and recovery objectives, as assigned by their supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Formal Education Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience Under and including one year.
