Job Description : Effective Spend is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our hiring team. Our team has seen consistent growth for the past two years, and the Recruiting Coordinator will help us take our recruiting program to the next level! They will play a critical role in making our hiring process even more organized, efficient, and successful.The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the hiring team and support the Recruiting Manager by posting jobs on various platforms, screening resumes, evaluating candidates, and scheduling interviews. The coordinator will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.The ideal applicant is insanely organized, professional, and very skilled at project management and communicating with all kinds of people and personalities. Strong email writing skills and attention to detail are critically important. This person thrives in a support role, understanding that the little things make an enormous difference to the larger team and goals.This is a salaried, part-time position, and candidates must be available to work 20-30 hours per week. The Recruiting Coordinator position is based in our Austin office, where we have a hybrid work environment. Employees can work up to two days per week from home.
