Job Description : We are looking for a bilingual (Eng/Spa) Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the onboarding process. Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and provide customer service to our employees, colleagues, executives, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of Human Resources as well as broad administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.ResponsibilitiesRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely mannerRedirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the teamMaintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, disciplinary action, etc.) in the electronic database and ensure all employment requirements are metLiaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)Support the recruitment/hiring process by performing background checks, updating Applicant Tracking Form, issuing job offers, onboarding, etc.Schedule meetings and other events as neededCoordinate training sessions and seminars, travel, corporate events, and other items as neededProduce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist in ad-hoc HR projectsSupport other functions as assignedSkillsProven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of Human Resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with HR databases and HRIS systems a plusOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $58,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Human Resources Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Required)Work Location: One location
