Job Description : Our Manufactured Housing company is seeking skilled and experienced construction/production workers to carry out various tasks in our active environment. The ideal candidate will have some mobile home experience or mechanical and construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, work well in a Team environment and have some construction experience. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive pay and generous paid time off. We are looking for all phases of the Manufactured Housing production and construction to include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpenters, framing, finishing, cabinetry, roofing, etc.Production worker responsibilities· Assemble goods on production lines.· Monitor the production process.· Carry out basic quality and testing checks.· Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse.· Pack goods to be shipped.· Maintain work areas and equipment.· Willing to help maintain a clean productive environment.General Production Job Requirements· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.· Ability to be on my feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time.· Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive stooping, bending.· Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive crouching and crawling.· Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive pushing and pulling.· Ability to work in extreme temperatures.· Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with little supervision.· Have reliable transportation to work.· High school diploma or GED equivalent.APPLY ONLINE @ WWW.JESSUPHOUSING.COM (CAREERS)Production Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:15 – 4:45Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
