SEIU 775 is a fast-growing union committed to improving the lives of workers and their families and to leading the way towards creating a more just and humane society. This position is a combination data entry clerk. This role plays a pivotal role in assuring the quality control and processing of member data.Maintain database and other systems by entering new and updated member, job, and financial information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Maintains filing for source data information in accordance with proceduresEssential Functions:Document EntryMembership FormsBeneficiary FormsLegal DocumentsProcess formal requests related to financial deductions and membershipCreate and Update records in Salesforce and other databasesCheck for Quality Assurance of Audio Membership FormsScan, sort, and store documentsProduce and mail copies of membership forms as requested.
