Start a new adventure by submitting your resume to ProTech Industries today.__**Position Overview: Serve as primary CSR contact for a list of key customers, typically those of strategic importance and/or more advanced supply chain management practices. Serve as initial escalation point for customer issues to line out a resolution path that achieves customer satisfaction, while adhering to Protech’s Core Value set. Communicate regularly with outside sales personnel to create a complete feedback loop for customer hot-button customer satisfaction issues and status.Supervise the customer service team. Assign work, establish and provide training to team members, and provide guidance to reach established goals. In cooperation with the VP Operations and other team members, continuously improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness in its use of systems and process through development and advancement of ProTech’s tools and their use.Assist with CSR’s individual development within the role, ever toward each providing an experience for Protech’s customers that is friendly, informative, and thoroughly professional.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mentor CSR’s on ways to improve their service performance and professionalism.Develop and implement uniformed and improved work processes for team, along with documented process and training material.Develop scripts for mass customer announcements, in cooperation with Sales Executives and VP Operations.Continuously improve overall customer satisfaction and experience.Train and develop new CSRs, address CSR performance issues when necessary and participate in quarterly CSR employee check-ins.Communicate key company strategies or changes that impact the team through meetings and other written materials in a timely manner. Solicit team input to take forward on new ideas or changes to processes.Resolve complex customer issues using internal resources.Maintain extensive knowledge of products, applications, and company capabilities to deliver product.Collaborate with production, design, delivery and outside sales to ensure customer needs are met.Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
