Job Description : Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Required
1-2 years of technical recruiting experience
Strong candidate sourcing skills
Familiarity sourcing for technical skillsets (Software Development Engineers, Technical Project/Product Managers, etc.)
Ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy
