Position : Orchard HR/H2A Assistant

Job Description : position will work very closely with farm workers and Orchard management while assisting in Orchard HR matters and management of H2A guest worker program.Responsibilities include: Orchard interview and hiring of farm workersProvide support to orchard staff with payroll proceduresProvides link of communication between management and orchard staff to answer any questions and concerns on Company Policy and personnel matters.Works closely with other HR/H2A team members in the management of H2A program to ensure compliance on documentation and proceduresSupport the HR team as needed in the training of new supervisors on Company Policy and proceduresAbility to multi-task and change directions at moments noticeQualifications: Computer literate, Microsoft office programsMust be bilingual, English and SpanishClean driving record for insurance purposesPrevious experience in HR and/or H2A a plusGood communication skillsTeam player and positive attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
