As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting.You take pride in being an expert on talent and partnering with the business to hire the best
You thrive in technology recruiting – it’s competitive, dynamic, and fun
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiation to onboarding candidates.
Locate and identify potential candidate’s candidate referrals, networking, etc.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met
What background we Desire:3+ years of technical & Non technical recruiting experience in screening and interviewing candidates technically
Must be self-motivated and must possess go getter attitude.
Experience recruiting for Enterprise or Product companies is highly desired
Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
