About the role
Zillow is looking for a Business Operations Manager who is passionate about frontline sales performance. You will work closely with sales teams, product managers, and sales enablement, (among others).
You Will Get To:
Partner with business leaders to support go to market strategic initiatives with clear and concise recommendations based on comprehensive analysis
Investigate the root cause of sales challenges and make relevant recommendations
Formulate and present insights to senior leadership that include measurable solutions
Provide analytical support to business partners by keeping a pulse on the business to ensure it is operating as successfully as possible
Multi-task competing ad hoc requests and demands, requiring the ability to quickly shift focus
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $84,700.00 – $135,300.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
Who you are
3-5 years of experience in a combination of sales operations, business operations, business intelligence, or management consulting
Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, with a successful track record of solving ambiguous business problems and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution
Interact with and Interpret data to glean insights that drive frontline thought leadership
A self-starter with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present to cross functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience building reports in Tableau and Salesforce, as well as creating SQL queries
Intellectual curiosity, with proficiency pulling reporting from sales tools like Highspot, Sonar, and Genesys, as well as call analytic software like Gong, or a strong desire to learn.
