ZAM is looking for a Trim Specialist to join the crew at our Tacoma facility. Who is ZAM? We are the people behind the Artizen brand!
As a Trim Specialist, your job responsibilities revolve on maintaining the quality aesthetic appeal of our cultivated flower. You will be making our product look beautiful!
Some duties within this position include:
Identifying tiny bits of flower and leaf and stem to be trimmed in accordance with set standards
Use sharp scissors for full shift doing fine tuned trim work
Accurately account for weight of lots
Maintaining proper cleanliness and organization to avoid cross-contamination
Identifying and reporting any irregularities in product
Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness to continuously improve quality!
Qualities that we are looking for in our candidates are:
Strong attention to detail
Great manual dexterity & ability to grip
Able to clearly see (with or without glasses) detail on cannabis flower
Accuracy with recordkeeping
Ability to sit or stand in one place for long periods of time
Ability to concentrate on a detailed task for long periods of time
Minimum Education, Experience, and Legal Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the interview
High school diploma or equivalent
