Job Description : Private Practice Physical Therapy clinic located in Pierce County, WA seeking a part-time receptionist.Please include a cover letter detailing why you are interested in this position, as well as why you are a good fit. Resumes without a cover letter will not be considered.Duties include, but are not limited to:Work with other employees in a team environment.Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a positive, professional manner.Check in patients.Check-out patient: Make follow up appointment.Provide all the proper paper work for our patients/visitors.Answer phone calls promptly.Schedule appointments.Inform patients of insurance coverage.Collect patient payments.Scan information into patient chart daily.Ensure that patient waiting room and treatment areas are cleaned and organized throughout the day.Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.We are very interested in employees that have high attention to detail.
