SALARY : $58,400-$65,700

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise operations workforce (Warehouse)
Manage, lead, motivate, and develop department personnel including selection, performance management, and employee relations
Plan, direct, and schedule all manpower and equipment needs to meet daily operational requirements
Manage all aspects of inventory including but not limited to: Daily physical inventory cycle counts/forecasting, monthly full physical inventory count, inventory reconciliation/resolution of invoice variances, and processing all documents related to inventory
Buy/sell product from neighboring wholesalers and monitor product freshness/age
Assist Team Leaders in supervision and coordination of work assignments in department
Responsible for any other tasks deemed necessary by Operations Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in data gathering/analysis, identifying trends/gaps, building action plans, driving execution, and sustaining via routine management
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other Management Systems, a plus
Ability to facilitate projects amongst diverse teams and proven ability to gain results
Leadership skills, comfort level with change, and the ability to lead change
Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
Technical and problem-solving skills
