and metadata records through the creation of composite records.
Job Title: Vendor Outreach Specialist
Description:
Establishing vendor communication by reaching out on behalf of customers and thereby
having the preferred method of authentication enabled. Respond to all queries within in 24
hours.
Required Skill set:
Reaching out to vendors on behalf of customers via email and telephone.
Regularly review work processes to identify areas of improvement and maintain
quality standards to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
Report to the Sr. Manager/Director problems, deficiencies etc. related to the team and
offer suggestions and solutions for corrective actions.
Maintain a daily record of all tickets handled, emails sent, etc. and generate reports.
Attend calls with the onshore teams when necessary and handle operational
bottlenecks.
Work collaboratively with fellow employees to ensure teamwork and co-operation
amongst the Open Athens team.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Degree in any discipline.
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Working Conditions:
Work Location: NES Office, Cherlapally, Hyderabad
Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Workdays: 5 Days a week (Monday – Friday)
