Position : Game Entertainment Assistant
Job Description : Department: Game Entertainment
Reports to: Manager of Game Entertainment and Special Events
SUMMARY:
This position supports all elements of Game Entertainment. From brainstorming ideas to creating props, executing elements on the field and around the stadium on gamedays and assisting with various aspects of the video production process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist with the planning, staffing, brainstorming and execution of enhancing fan-centric events and the overall gameday experience for the 12s
Host entertainment groups and work as a Field Manager to execute in-game elements
Help sourcing and booking pregame bands and entertainment elements for gamedays
Maintain relationships with key vendors including AV, staging, lighting and transportation
Work closely with other departments as the Game Entertainment liaison
Help maintain department props and equipment as it relates to gamedays and other events
Support Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder, Flag Runners and Mascots initiatives and projects as requested
Brainstorm new activations for gamedays and events by keeping up with current pop culture trends
Support the planning and logistics of 12 Tour and Training Camp
Assist with the production of “The End Zone” in Touchdown City
Help manage Street Team requests and gameday staffing schedule
Assist with mascot events/appearances as needed
Assist in the Control Room on load-day and gamedays as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects is a plus
Must be able to work all Seahawks home games and support outside events in addition to select evenings and weekends
APPLICANT MUST:
Have authorization to work in the U.S.
Have a current driver’s license
Be able to work no more than 48 hours a month
College or professional Game Entertainment experience is a plus
Be able to work all home games and Seahawks special events
Be able to lift at least 30lbs
SELECTION PROCESS:
