We value employees who can think creatively while maintaining our high standards to help customers get the most out of this enjoyable, growing and inclusive sport.Summary: The Data Analyst and Systems Support Specialist is a keystone member of the Marketing, Warehouse and Accounting teams. You will help build and maintain our diverse systems and platforms that support the entire organization, while identifying opportunities and implementing process and systems improvements to continue to evolve our tools, connectivity, planning and communication to drive efficiency and innovation in our process and systems.This individual elicits and analyzes business needs for complex projects, determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, and validates that solutions fit within the team’s capabilities and the department and organizations strategic vision. They collaborate with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.Additionally, the individual will work with internal stakeholders to build and/or pull performance, product, and sales reports to help identify opportunities across departments and channelsWe are looking for independent, motived, sytems thinker who can examine the entire process and ecosystem to identify, ideate, and provide solutions on improvements, changes and efficiencies.Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze current and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified information processing systems.Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to help design, document, maintain and improve related business processes.Proactively build and deliver product and sales analysis to better inform strategic business decisionsMaintain and improve data sourcesWork with team members to identify opportunities for improvement aroundBusiness functions including accounting and product management, warehouse operations, marketing?Customer dataProduct dataInventory dataDevelop deep knowledge of our e-commerce, marketing, and ERP systems and dataInvestigate and resolve data issuesPropose, design and implement solutions at the intersection of business and technologyCollaborate with team members to collect and analyze dataUse graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize dataEstablish new KPIs or improve existing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisionsStructure large data sets to find usable informationProvide tactical organizational recommendations for process and improvementInteract with business customers (internal and external) to understand and document their business processes and requirementsProvides day to day support for assigned systems.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst· Working knowledge including, but not limited to, Big Commerce, Sku Vault, Volusion, Microsoft Office suite, and Glew (or other similar enterprise business intelligence software)· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills· Fanatical attention to detail· Experience system/platform administration· Aptitude to solve problems by incorporating data into decision making· Ability to learn quickly and independently in fast paced environment· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively when needed· Be an active participant in meetings and other collaborative efforts in an audience of peers· Ability to set and meet deadlines· Reasonable coding skills in Python or related tools // Good SQL knowledge· Superior communication skills spanning business and technical colleaguesThe greater Seattle area is preferred for the occasional office visit, further remote locations will be considered as well.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:To provide a safe work environment for our employees and their families, and the community at large, we require employees to obtain the COVID Vaccine with accommodations for those with a medical reason or sincerely held religious beliefs.Experience:SQL: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
