Job Description : SummarySUMMARY OF POSITION: Enters, verifies, and reconciles employee information to process the City’s payroll; utilizes the automated payroll system to produce reports; provides administrative support.REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Any equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job.):High school diploma or G.E.D.Three (3) years of payroll administration experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Municipal or public sector experience.Collective bargaining agreement payroll processing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel and an ability to type 45 wpm with accuracy.COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE: The City offers a full benefits package with affordable options for full family coverage for medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
