Job Description : We are looking for someone a leasing agent/assistant manager to help with our portfolio of properties on Capitol Hill!About Us: Madrona Real Estate Services, LLC is a family owned full-service real estate company located on Capitol Hill, Seattle. Madrona has three distinct divisions: development, management and brokerage. We’re a small company with big goals!Job Summary: The Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager will work our apartment management and condominium management. This includes showing apartments, craigslist posts, assisting with communications, creating flyers for elevators, maintaining contact information, coordinating key distribution, mailing notices for late fees, assisting on special projects, scheduling services with vendors, and more!Job Description: Apartment toursManage Craigslist ads for apartments for rentSet up Owners/Residents in Yardi/Condo CafeCoordinate move-in and move-outsAssist with new Owner paperworkSchedule routine maintenance for propertiesCoordinate and assist with annual fire inspectionsAssist Residents with complaints regarding other unitsSend communications to all residentsPull A/R reports to send collection lettersMeet vendors onsite for property accessShow available apartments for leasing toursQualifications: 1 or more years of property management experienceAssociates or higher degree is a plusExperience with YardiStrong customer service skills, with a friendly dispositionStrong computer skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVersatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:’Employee will have their own “room” in our office.
