Our rental attendants work in a frontline customer service role by selling rental products to our guests as well as assisting fitting guests with the appropriate clothing and equipment to ensure the guests enjoy their experience at the resort. Applicants must be able to understand the various rental products and the needs of individual customers and must also undertake an in-house binding certification course. You will exceed our guest’s expectations and assure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations of the business.
Our resorts have multiple rental outlets and you may be rostered to work at any of these locations and also be rotated between locations within the resort.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Previous experience in a ski and/or snowboard rental outlet is highly desirable
Excellent knowledge of our resorts and the products and services will be highly regarded
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
Previous sales and EFTPOS experience
A cheerful, “can-do” attitude
Basic computer knowledge
A strong work ethic
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September. Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants.
