Our company ensures our workforce is certified in all aspects of job related safety & health requirements.We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Project Manager to join our team in our continued growth!Our general subcontracting firm focuses on mainly commercial construction. Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and our commitment to a successful, timely, high quality project completion. We’re looking for a Construction Manager with similar values and beliefs. Experience with both construction and leadership skills will make you an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once and communicating directly with our management team.Project Manager responsibilities and duties: Manage project job sitesCreate schedules for field crew and ensure all projects are fully staffedUse Project Software to update schedules, track progress and document project progressionOrder necessary supplies, tools & equipmentCreate and manage the budgets for each project, including supplies, materials, and laborCooperating with General Manager and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.Ensure safety guidelines & procedures are followed on all job sites and Jenco propertyMaintain communication with superintendents & project managersCollaborate all phases of projects from estimates to close outs with administration & management team.Physical Requirements: This is a professional environment with most activities occurring in an office setting with periodic field visits to facilities and active construction sites.Periodic field work consists of in-the-field assessment of sites and collaboration with consultants / reps, contractors and inspectors that are part of the project’s team.Position may require driving, sitting, standing, or walking for long periods of time, and may require the use of ladders for field inspections.Project Manager skills: 3+ years’ experience in construction and in a supervisory capacityAbility to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality controlStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Commercial and residential jobsProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & WordValid driver’s license & Clean driving recordJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $86,000.00 – $104,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Fife, WA 98424: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Project management: 3 years (Preferred)Construction Project Managers: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
